They commit they do " FAKE STUFF GUARANTEED" in their emails. They specialize in delivering broken stuff and that too after repeated follow ups and within 90-120 days. I am attaching the images of stuff that MOVEHUB DELIVERED to me. All broken. They charge you for full insurance and Later when the damage is discovered, they simply say it is not 100% coverage. they also specialize in hidden charges at the port. Vineeth ( Move hub agent) Assured me all charges are included in quotation ( it includes destination terminal handling charges as well ). after the goods landed from Dubai port to destination port ( Mumbai) , their clearing agency started asking destination port CFS charges and port conjuction charges from me and they clearly stated that Movehub doesn't cover these charges as against their. These port charges are almost 24% of total value that I paid to MOVEHUB. The owner Tarun and their so-called move consultant Vineeth are both not answering the calls . VERY unprofessional attitude. THE WORST MOVING COMPANY YOU WILL FIND. I would give 0 on 5, if I could. Moving it tough enough without MOVEHUB UAE making it torture.

1. Only responsive till they got paid and then absolute silence.

2. They assured me top quality moving and packing with a designated agent who just so happened to disappear the moment after I made the first payment.

3. They claimed 4-6 weeks for the entire process, but ended up taking 11 weeks, 10 weeks during which I had no one willing to share actual realistic updates and would need to call at least 4 times to get one update in.

4. They were meant to reassemble the furniture when they delivered it, but instead just unloaded the truck and left.

5.Despite having provided the complete address for delivery of the goods from day 1, they tried to claim I was changing the delivery area and tried to claim extra fees. When I showed them that there was no change, they acted like waiving the additional fees was a gesture of goodwill on their part!

6. Despite assurances that the packing material was of superior quality and glassware would be safe, AT LEAST 8 GLASS ITEMS ARRIVED SHATTERED WITH THE BOXES LOOKING CRUSHED, INCLUDING AN EXPENSIVE MIRROR FACE CLOCK, AND THEIR TEAM DOES NOT CARE, TAKES 3 DAYS TO REACT TO BASIC MESSAGES AND HAS FINALLY REPLIED SAYING THEY DONT CONSIDER THEMSELVES AT FAULT SINCE I WAS AT THE APARTMENT (albeit in a different room) AT THE TIME OF THE PACKING. As tough I was paying them for the privilege of packing my own belongings with care (which is exactly what the movers had me do with my clothes and linens while they packed the kitchen up separately).

I have not even finished opening up my boxes, but I am sure there will be more of this damage.

I would not recommend them to anyone at all. If you care about your things, use anyone else.

We had engaged MOVEHUB to move our things from Dubai to Germany during the first week of July. We were promised to get our stuff in 45 days, according to which we planned our move. It's mid-October now, and we still don't have our furniture and things.

After constant follow-ups and countless emails we are slapped with a demurrage charge (1000 euros). Now that we have paid the demurrage charges, we have wait for another 2-3 weeks according to their clearing agent here to get the goods delivered.

I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND this company to anyone for their terrible handling of the situation. They are totally unprofessional, especially, their international clearing partner. I would not be surprised if things come damaged. This is level of quality and professionalism we expect from this Mover. Terrible experience so far.

Don’t do it! Fraudulent comes to mind!

All lip service until you pay the deposit then it’s game over. We have a number of damaged expensive items, photo shared, all information requested was given and then we played a game of them adding something new to the list to avoid paying the claim.The insurance claim is still outstanding as the management are yet to reply. After multiple messages. We have been given excuses of new management to look into and then nothing!

We paid for an item to be fumigated this was not done.

Happy to share the so called management responses with anyone that is in doubt of how bad this company is! I could write a small book on how they have cheated us! Additional expenses, not true to their word, not responding to emails, cheating Australian bio security …..Not sure why it shows 2stars when I clicked 1! If I could give negative star rating that would be more accurate!

Absolute disaster from the day it was picked up. I was told a first time back in July that the shipment was loaded, on time so I was happy. At that point, they started not to respond to the phone nor emails. One week after, after litterally harassing their phones, I was told by email that the shipment would be loaded the week after. We were already 10 days late to respect the date of delivery planned to France. Starting 28th July, no more news, no email, no pick up. The few times i managed to trick them by calling from another number, I was hung up or told they were in a meeting and hung up. As I was tracking the shipment based on the info they gave me, I saw that the boat was another 12 days late. Can't blame them for that of course but trying to reach them to get an update. Septmber 10 they sent me an email saying the boat had delays when it actually showed it arrived at port 6 days before. I called them 72 times in a row from 4 different numbers. In the meantime, I raised an official complaint with the DED in Dubai. I was finally sent an email yesterday saying the shipping company made a mistake in the boat reference, that it only left Septmber 1st and that it will arrive in Europe at the earliest on October 9th, with no apologies nor any other explanation. My family and I have been litterally camping in an empty apartment since August 20th. Unacceptable. Will take a complaint to the Police, them to court and will open a website where all people who have encountered bad service with them will be able to put their details so we organize a class action unless they compensate. Stay tune, I will send the link on that review website.

We paid for door to door delivery in January, 10 monthes ago. We have still not received the goods. World Freight Relocation is storing our items and asking for storage fees, when we called René from WFR, he said their overseas agent asked them to store the items. We are customers of Movehub who is responsible to deliver our goods but is refusing to interfere. Tarun from Movehub even told me that we need to deal with World freight Relocation. We are customers of Movehub - why are they asking us to deal with another company and where are our goods? Also who asked World Freight Relocation to store our goods? We paid for door to door. Just unacceptable!
